Your wedding photography is booked. It’s now important that I know as many details as possible about your wedding celebrations in order to make sure your day runs smoothly. Below is a questionnaire and vendors list that will help me along the way. Please fill in as much as possible and feel free to email me if any other details pop up further down the line.

I would recommend starting group photos 30 minutes after the end of the ceremony, with a maximum of 8-10 group photos.

Preferred time for couple photographs:

I usually suggest doing two short sessions of 15-20 minutes. The first being shortly before you're called in for dinner, and the second after dinner before the dancing starts in the evening. This is a rough guide, and I' happy to work around your plans on the day.

Which family group photographs would you like taken?

Please list names of people required for each photograph. Each photograph can take around 5 minutes to organise and take so I recommend that we take a maximum of 5-8 group photographs. You are welcome to send me this list up to a week in advance of the wedding day. I also recommend that you assign a family member or friend to help organise groups of people with me.

Weddings are a long day and often in rural locations where it's not easy to nip to the shops! Chat to your caterer as they often provide 'vendor meals' which are a reduced rate main course for anyone working at your wedding. I would really appreciate a plate of hot food but understand if you are not able to provide it.
